Faculty development for vocational teachers

The Project, at the polytechnic Lombok initiated a faculty development program for 21 professionals from the tourism industry in Lombok, Indonesia.The course started in June 2019 with a two-weeks preparatory part, during which participants learned the essentials of being a trainer and had as well theopportunity to practice the lessons learned for the first time. Mr. Bart Ferwerda facilitated as the master trainer and sharing his own experiences.
